The Yongchuan Xiuya "needle shaped famous tea was developed and produced by the Tea Research Institute of the former Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences Tea Research Institute) in 1959, and was praised by Chairman Zhu De. In 1964, it was officially named" Yongchuan Xiuya "by Professor Chen Chuan, a well-known tea expert in China.

Produced in Yongchuan District, Chongqing, it mainly includes tea areas in the five major mountain ranges of Yunwu Mountain, Yinshan Mountain, Bayue Mountain, Jishan Mountain, and Cucumber Mountain. Yongchuan Xiuya is a needle shaped famous tea belonging to the green tea category.
Brewing method
It is best to choose a glass cup for tea utensils, with a tea to water ratio of 1:50 and a water temperature of 85-90 ℃. The tea can be refilled when it reaches 1/3 of the water level, and usually brewed three times
Storage method
The shelf life of green tea is generally 12 months.
The environment for storing green tea is to avoid light, isolate moisture, prevent odors, and seal it. It is recommended to put green tea in an aluminum foil bag, squeeze out excess air inside the bag, and seal the bag mouth.
After sealing, put the tea bag into an iron or tin can, cover it with a lid, and finally store it upright in the refrigerator compartment. You can take out the amount 1-2 weeks in advance and do not take it out frequently.
If it can be consumed within a short period of 2 months, it can be stored at room temperature and in a cool place.
Control temperature: below 10 ℃, relative humidity: below 50%.
