Production Process
Raw material
The raw materials needed for the product are sorted and packed and stacked in the raw material area of the warehouse.
Fabric checking
Our QC staff carefully checks the quality of the fabric to ensure the fabric meet with customer's request and the requirements of following production procedures.
Cutting
The fabric is cut into fitted different sizes,and ready for the procedurs followed according to the different design and sizes of the products.
Carding
Our automatic computerized carding machine works properly and accurately to ensure the weight,thickness and evenness of the fillings meet with customer's request.
Quilting
With automatic computerized quilting machines,different patterns are quilted into the quilts according to client's request,which provide the best using experience to the customers.
Sewing/Edge Treatment
The fabric is well sewn or stitched together according to the customers' design and requirements by well-trained and experienced working staff.Binding or piping is applied to the quilt and pillow.Several different types of binding or piping options are available for customer's selection.
Needle Detecting
To avoid of any bodily injury to the final client,every piece of product has to pass needle detector according to quality control system.
Final Inspection
After all the above manufacturing process,the final products come to the final QC procedures.Our experienced and well-trained QC staff inspects the quilts and pillows according to the customer's requests and international quality standards.The third-party inspection are available.
Packaging
All the products that passed quality control procedures come to final packing stage,which are packed according to customer's requirements.
Boxing
After all the products are packed according to the requirements, the packaged products will be boxed according to qty/ctn.
Warehousing
To avoid of any mistake during container loading,final ready cartons are in orderly stacked in our warehouse according to different customer and order specification.
Delivery
All well-packed products are packed into standard export carton and well loaded into the containers to deliver to the final destinations in time.
