Georgia: Our main products that aluminum windows, doors, sun room, skylight, wood door, garage door. Its' a complete set that included all materials, glass, hardware, accessories. All you need to do is prepare the tools for installation.
Q: HOW CAN I KNOW YOUR PRICE?
Georgia: Firstly please provided correct (rough opening / actual) size and quantity; Secondly, kindly confirm specific product style and specification and term of trade. We'l send quotation list to you by email within 48 hours.
Q: WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZE OF YOUR WINDOWS AND DOORS?
Georgia: All product is customized made in size based on our series.
Q: HOW TO MAKE SURE THAT NO PROBLEM FOR INSTALLATION?
Georgia: Firstly in discussion process, pls provide accurate correct (rough opening / outer-frame)size. The rough opening size that wall to wall size, we will reserve space for installation. The outer-frame size that actual size for windows and doors; Secondly, before production, we will provided design drawings for you check. We need to get the approve (Sign on) from you. Finally, in after-sales service, we will positive cooperate you to finished installation that provide installation guide, picture, video etc help to you.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Georgia: 30 days production time after confirm deposit and drawings; 7 days for testing and packing; The sea shipping time 15-45 days in different area. You will received items around 2 month.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Georgia: 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before shipment.
Q: WILL WE NEED TO INSTALL THE GLASS (ON-SITE GLAZING) OR DO YOUR WINDOW COME WITH THE GLASS INSTALLED?
Georgia: We'll think about it in terms of the actual situation, ensure the glass will not be damaged during transportation.
Generally, we will assemble small size glass. And larger glass is recommended for project site installation.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY? (AFTER-SALES SERVICE)
Georgia: We promise 10 year quality assurance. If occur situation of missing accessories when received items, we will re-sent it by express. We'll provided it for free if due to packing problem cause glass damaged.
