Scrap aluminum crushing production line
1. Crushing line main machine
The main machine shell of the crushing line is made of extra-thick steel plate, and the inner lining is a high-manganese cast steel part, which can be replaced; the main machine rotor disk is installed on the horizontal axis, and the rotor disk is distributed with pins around the circumference, and a hammer is suspended on the axial direction; the main shaft is supported by ball bearings, forced lubrication and cooling with circulating oil, and equipped with a temperature sensor; the feed port is equipped with a hydraulic roller feeding device, one high and one low, rotating in the same direction, which can flatten large loose materials and send them into the crushing chamber.
2. Magnetic separator
The magnetic separator is a screening device suitable for the separation of materials with magnetic differences, and can remove iron particles in crushed aluminum.
3. Suspended iron remover
The suspended iron remover is a device that can generate a strong magnetic field attraction. It can remove ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the material, and can effectively prevent accidents caused by large and long iron pieces scratching the conveyor belt.
4. Vibrating screen

This repulsive force can throw the metal block forward to achieve the purpose of separation.
