Precautions


1. Do NOT use the product under emergency and critically ill conditions. Usage of the product under the guidance of a doctor during the following circumstances:
A. Patients with acute sprains and significant local swelling within 24 hours;
and B. External injuries with skin damage or redness.

2. Please throw the burnt moxa stick and ashes into a water container or flame-retardant ashtray after moxibustion.

3. To avoid skin burns caused by inability to adjust the temperature, people with esthesiodermia or skin senses disorder should NOT use the product.

4. During conventional moxibustion procedures, some people may experience blisters after moxibustion, which is traditionally referred to as "moxibustion sores" and is a normal reaction of the body in moxibustion therapy. Normally, small blisters do not need treatment, while large ones require surgical treatment to prevent infection. Please note the blisters may leave skin scars. The temperature and duration of moxibustion should be controlled in summer or regions with high temperatures to prevent skin damage.
