We have the whole procedures, starting form designing, machining, manufacturing, until inspecting, leaving factory. Q 2: Do you have stock? When can i get it if i pay.

A: For items if in stock, we can send out goods to you within 48 hours. For items not in stock, we need about 5-30 days to make it depend on your order quantity.

Q3: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

Q4: If l need, can l get a free sample from your company?

A: Of course you can, However, you maybe pay freight fee.if we have cooperated for over one time ,we can surpply free samples and free freight.

Q 5: Can you give me a discount?

A: Discount is available,but we have to see the real quantity,we have different price based on different quantity,how much discounts is determined by the quantity,moreover,our price is very competitive in the field.
well, if the quantity is so big, we may give you a big discount.

Q6 :If l have a product wants to be made in other special material, can you do it?

A:Of course, you just need to provide us designed drawings or sample and R&D department will estimate that whether we can do or not, we will give you the most satisfactory reply.
