Composite nano-silica fire-proof glass
is a new type of fire-proof glass made by superimposing two or more layers of original glass sheets, injecting inorganic expandable nano-silica fire-proof glue into the middle of two adjacent sheets, and optimizing the composite through polycondensation. Nano silicon fireproof glue is a kind of hard inorganic transparent fireproof crystal with stable physical and chemical functions. The nanosilica fireproof glass processed by its composite processing has strong weather resistance, stable fire resistance and high quality.
working principle
When a fire occurs, the glass on the fire surface explodes when exposed to flames, and the nano-silica fire-retardant adhesive layer rapidly expands and foams to 12 times or more the original adhesive layer when heated, forming an opaque fire-retardant adhesive wall. The unique characteristics of fire-retardant glue such as high strength, high viscosity, and high fire resistance can prevent flames, heat, smoke, gas, etc. from spreading to the back fire surface for a long time, thereby achieving good thermal insulation and integrity within a certain period of time.
