A: Mostly within 3 working days, the samples will be shipped via express company like FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF Express, etc, the
shipping time is about 5 days.
Q3: Could I get some samples?
A: For in-stock items, free samples will be provided if you can afford the freight charges. For custom items, please feel free to
contact us and the best price will be offered.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house, so you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc.
Q5: Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
A:Yes,silk screen, printing, embroidery and custom package are available.
