◆The fuselage adopts a split steel plate welded structure and is tempered by large tempering furnace equipment to eliminate deformation caused by welding stress and processing stress and ensure the accuracy of the machine tool。
◆The main oil cylinders on both sides use imported electro-hydraulic single servo valves and Spanish FAGOR company's grating ruler to form a closed-loop control. The feedback is precise and the slider runs accurately, resulting in high bending accuracy and slider repeated positioning accuracy。
◆V-axis mechanical compensation solves the impact of the deformation of the slider on the quality of the workpiece during the bending process. The compensation amount is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, which is convenient and accurate。
◆Using a fully functional backgauge mechanism, multiple backgauge axes can be optionally controlled. The functional components in the back gauge, such as guide rails, screws, bearings, etc., are all imported parts to ensure the accuracy of the back gauge.。
◆The machine body adopts a split assembly structure, which is convenient for transportation and processing, and can ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and the processing of the whole machine。
◆Important components such as the fuselage and slider are analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine tool。
