HW-GTS1600-2000L:Used for lining bonding, shrinkage setting, leather/shoe polishing, hot stamping, and whole roll fabric bonding. Suitable for composite processing factories, clothing factories, shoe factories, automotive interior and other industries.

2.3 meters long heating area, using 18 groups of mica heating plate heating, independent 5-stage heating system, accurate constant temperature control.

3.Diameter Φ180mm high temperature resistant silicone roller, large cylinder pressure, wide pressure surface, up to 6kg pressure per square centimeter to improve bonding effect. · Microswitch automatically adjusts belt deviation and prolongs belt service life.

4.The pressure roller is made of imported high temperature resistant silicone to ensure stable and uniform pressure. · Electronic constant temperature control system, accurate temperature, small error, no damage to the fabric. 

5.Upper and lower belt independent temperature control, can adapt to different materials, industry use.

6.Equipped with strong wind vacuum cooling system, high wind, low noise, good cooling effect.

7.With timed automatic cooling shutdown function.

8.Equipped with rubber rod to clean the belt, easy to change.

9.Frequency conversion speed adjustment, smooth operation, more energy saving.

10.Optional: automatic feeding machine, infrared eye edge winder. (Infrared start and stop are set, which can synchronize with the speed of the bonding machine and save labor)
