Working principle of drum screen
Material input: The material enters from one end of the drum screen and is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the drum through the feed port.
Drum rotation: The drum rotates around its axis driven by the motor and reducer, and the material rolls in the drum as the drum rotates.
Screening process: Fine materials fall through the sieve holes on the drum surface, and large particles of materials move forward along the inclined surface of the drum until they are discharged from the discharge port.
Discharge: The under-screen material and the over-screen material are discharged from different discharge ports respectively, realizing the screening and grading of the materials.
