High-voltage electrostatic concentrator is one of the main equipment for electrostatic separation. It uses the different electrical conductivity of various minerals in nature to achieve separation.
Common minerals such as rutile, ilmenite, magnetite, cassiterite, and natural gold have good conductivity, while quartz, zircon, feldspar, calcite, scheelite, and silicate minerals have poor conductivity. The electrostatic concentrator uses their different electrical properties to achieve separation.

Working Principle
High-voltage electric separator uses the difference in the conductivity of materials to separate materials under the action of electric force and mechanical force in a composite electric field that combines high-voltage corona electric field and high-voltage electrostatic field. When the materials are placed on a rotating drum and brought to the high-voltage electric field where the corona electrode (electrode wire) and the polarization electrode (electrode tube) work together, the materials are subjected to the combined action of Coulomb force, centrifugal force and gravity. The materials have different falling trajectories, thus achieving the purpose of separation.
It is suitable for the separation of conductive minerals and non-conductive minerals, and can obtain high-grade conductive concentrates and non-conductive concentrates: such as rutile ore, zircon ore, etc. It can be used with arc plate electric separator, dry magnetic machine, electromagnetic machine, etc. This machine is equipped with a 0~60000V high-voltage generator, and can also be used for the separation of high-phosphate ore and refractory rutile ore. It is suitable for beach sand, zircon ore, rutile, monazite, ilmenite, tin ore, etc.
