When working, sealing water is pumped into the sealing chamber, raising the sliding piston and closing the sediment ejection hole.
Milk is then fed into the bowl through the feed pipe. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the denser solids are collected on
the bowl wall. After some time, opening water is pumped into the opening chamber, causing the sliding piston to lower and open the
sediment ejection hole, ejecting the impurities from the bowl. The lighter liquid (fat) flows along the inner side of the discs
into the passage in the upper distributor, and the lighter product is discharged from the machine by the lower centripetal pump.
The heavier liquid (skim milk) flows along another passage and is discharged by the upper centripetal pump, ensuring effective
milk separation.
