Firstly lifting the vehicle to a suitable height by lifter, and push the four devices to the corresponding positions of the four wheels. Then slowly lower the height of the vehicle until the four tires fall into the tire support. At this time, controlling the equipment to suitable position by the height adjuster, and tighten the locking nuts. The lifter continues to lower until it stops 5cm away from the chassis of the vehicle. Finally you can start the test.

 

Firstly confirm if the device is plugged into a three-hole socket, the power supply is AC220V or 380V, and it is well grounded. The power line requires at least 2.5 square meters, then rotate the emergency stop button to turn on the power and enter the system. There are two programs in the interface: manual/automatic. Select the automatic mode and click the system to start. The device will automatically switch from 1 Flat mode (10Hz). 2 Bumpy mode (20Hz). 3 Pothole mode (30Hz). You can choose any 1, 2, or 3 modes when selecting the manual mode. Generally, the 2 Bumpy mode (20HZ) is sufficient to simulate a very bumpy road surface when testing the chassis of the car. It is not recommended to directly select the 3 Pothole mode (30Hz).
