Product Details
Working principle:
The motor drives the rotor at high speed within the crushing chamber. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feeding inlet and are impacted, cut, and ground by the high-speed rotating hammer heads. Below the rotor assembly is a grate, which allows materials smaller than the grate mesh size to pass through, while larger particles are further crushed until they reach the desired size. The final product size can be adjusted by replacing the grate or by modifying the gap between the rotor and the grate, based on different requirements.
The hammer heads always operate with sharp edges, and their high utilization is ensured by the reversible rotation, which allows for continuous operation. Additionally, the hammer's zigzag arrangement helps clean the grinding chamber automatically, eliminating the need for manual cleaning.
