WalgarQuality Standard 

1.All visible of a well installed sink will be glazed. The glaze will be painted evenly to make the surface smooth.

Color difference on the glazed surface is not acceptable.

2. Crack or air bubble hole on the green body is not acceptable. No impurity substance , crack or spot on the

glazed surface.

3. The shape of the ceramic sinks should be in accordance with the design. Sinks out of shape will be rejected.

The face to the countertop or the wall will be polished by machine. In order to make sure a sink can be well installed,

evenness test of the surface should be taken before packing.

4. Cracked , Chipped and Damaged sinks will be rejected in self inspection.

5. The specification tolerance will be controlled in ¼”.

6. All sinks will be kept clean. No dust or other substance on the glazed surface.
