Structural features: The upper part of the Cyclone Desander is cylindrical, the lower part is conical, the center of the cylinder is inserted into a overflow pipe, and the upper part has a tangential tube.

 

Working principle: The Cyclone Desander is to push the mixture into the cyclone with a certain pressure and generate high-speed rotation inside the cyclone.Mixture quality materials in the role of spiral downward movement, in the cone mouth eduction, lighter material quality, spiral to the centre by hydrocyclone, a vortex from the overflow mouth eduction, so as to achieve the purpose of the separation of two kinds of material.

 

Product use: Cyclone Desander has been applied in China for many years. Cyclone Desander is mainly used for classification of fine grain grade, pulp concentration and dewatering.
