Yes, customers only need to provide your customization requirements, and we will operate according to your requirements (logo, color box, etc.)

2. Sample delivery time? Can I get free sample? 

Sample making time is 7-10 days, and Company policy states that all customers who request samples are required to pay sample fees and shipping costs. The sample fee will be refunded when you place an order.

3. What is the lead time for production?

The production lead time is 45 days after deposit received and artworks confirmed.

4. I would like to know your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after goods inspected OK and before goods leaving factory.

5. How to guarantee the goods quality? 

Each step we have QC to do inspection from material, production line and mass production before goods leaving factory.
