Description of briquette press:

This briquette press can be used to shape different materials, like: coal, charcoal, iron, aluminum, copper, lime, coke, etc mine ore.

We have three kinds of briquette press:

common briquette press machine, high-pressure briquette press machine, and hydraulic briquette press machine

1. Common briquette press machine

We have 290, 360, 430, 520, 670, 800, 1000 models.

2. High pressure briquette press machine

We have 430, 520, 670, 850, 1000 models, which can press various mine powder, and get higher density

3.Hydraulic briquette press machine

We have 380, 520, 650, 750, 850, 1000 models

Different rollers of briquette press:

The material of roller is: 65Mn or 9Cr2Mo.

If you require common briquette machine, the roller material is 65Mn.

If you require hydraulic briquette machine, the roller material is 9Cr2Mo. Both is wear resisting material.

It can service 10-12months(depends on your used raw materials)

Normally, we package it by plastic film at the first step to avoid rust, then using fulmigation free wooden case to package.

 --- What materials can i use?

Charcoal powder / charcoal dust: raw material powder, silicomanganese alloy, etc.
Coal: Coal powder, middle coal, slime peat, coke powder, lignite etc.

Other material: fireproof material, desulfurization gypsum, dolomite etc.

--- Which shape does your machine produce?

The final shape can be customized by your request.But it is ball or pillow shape.

--- Do i need to mix binder to press?

Yes, you can mix binder or combustion improver. But the binder depends on your material.

The most common binder is starch. It will not influence briquette quality.
