Raw Material Description
60%percent of high quality wood powder,makes the product have good processability like traditional wood,and 10%percent of additives,Through the additives,which can make floor panels Can resist strong acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, and do not breed bacteria, not easy to be eaten by insects, not long fungus.Long service life, up to more than 25 years.
Installation Instructions
1.Joist is placed on horizontal ground, spacing 33-35 cm, first drill holes of joist, and then use expansion screws to fix the joist on horizontal ground
2.Fix the start clips, insert the first floor into the start clip, or fix the first floor directly with screws (all screws need to be pre-punched)
3.Put the buckle in the slot on the floor and fix it on the joist with screws. Screws do not need to be screwed in completely at this time.
4.The next floor is stuck in the buckle, fix screws,complete the installation of the first floor plate
5.Fix the second floor as you did before.
6.Besure to leave 2-4mm gaps between the connection of floor .
7.When installing last piece of floor, fix floor with screw directly on joist, position is the joint of floor and joist
8.Finally, fix the side cover directly at the edge of the floor
