KCBCMagnetic gear pumpMainly used for conveying lubricating oil in machinery and equipment, suitable for conveying lubricating oil with a viscosity of 5X10-6-1.5X10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) and a temperature below 260℃. The stainless steel series that our factory also producesGear pump, It can transport non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids. Gears equipped with copper can transport low-flammability, flammable, explosive liquids, such as gasoline, benzene, etc. In addition to the ordinary motor, the pump can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors of the same specification according to the needs of users and friends. It can also be used as a transmission and booster pump in a fuel delivery system; it can be used as a fuel pump for delivering pressure and pressure in a fuel system; it can also be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.


KCBC magnetic gear pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft end seals. After the gear is heat-treated, it has high hardness and strength, and is installed together with the shaft in a replaceable sleeve to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.



Installation and use of magnetic drive pump
1,magnetic pumpIt should be installed horizontally, not upright. For occasions requiring vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
2. Just open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipe needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. The pump should be inspected before use. The motor blades should rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the steering mark of the magnetic pump.




Precautions for the use of KCBC type magnetic drive pump
1. Since the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depends on the conveyed medium, idling rotation is prohibited, and at the same time, avoiding idling operation caused by restarting after a power cut in the middle of the work.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. When the pump is in use, the ambient temperature should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.
4. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The use temperature of the metal pump is 100 degrees -300 degrees, and the particle size is not more than 30×10-6m2/s for liquid without hard particles and fibers.
