Process flow:
1. Material selection:Metal legs are usually made of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, iron alloy or cold-rolled steel. These metals have high strength, corrosion resistance and plasticity, and are suitable for making furniture legs.
2. Cutting and shaping:
Using techniques such as laser cutting, CNC stamping or precision die stamping, the metal sheet is precisely cut into the required shape and size to ensure a precise fit for each part of the leg.
3. Welding or assembly:
For metal legs with complex structures, it may be necessary to weld the various components together through argon arc welding, resistance welding or laser welding to ensure that the structure is strong and there are no obvious weld marks.

4. Surface treatment:

5. Quality inspection:
