How To Do
Gemnel's Jewels are dainty & delicate pieces that should be handled with care & caution. 1.Avoid substances such as chlorine,perfume & other chemicals when wearing Gemnel's Jewels, to prevent discoloration. 2.Please avoid contact with water, other liquidsand metals so that it won't lose it's color and shimmer.
3.To prevent the chain from breaking, do not pull or stretch the jewelry.
E-coating
Gemnel's Jewels are 925 Sterling Silver with Custom Gold Plating. An extra layer of tarnish resistance(We called it E-coating) is
added to extend the life span of the jewelry.
Electroplating
Usually we do 0.05 microns gold plated and E-coating.
But for ring jewelry, it rub with finger, touch with water/perfume/sweat more often.
So we will suggest to do thick plated (0.1 microns gold plated at least)
Other thick plated like 0.2 microns, 0.5 microns, 1 microns, 2 microns and gold vermeil we also can support

- Main material: Brass (60 Pieces/Pairs)
Cannot mix plating color, stone color and ring size within MOQ.
5.What’s your production time?
Our production time is 25-30days normally.
6.How about your after-sales service?
- A. You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it’s quality problem. Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update.
- B. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
- C. If It's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
- D. If you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc., we will charge you a part of repair costs.
