Project case 2500T Per Day cement production plant in UZ KZ Russia
Portland Cement production line

A complete plant of cement production line mainly consists of the process of crushing and prehomogenization, raw materials homogenizing, preheating decomposition, cement clinker firing, cement grinding & packaging.
The main equipments used in this whole production line include the vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, Raw material vertical mill, cement ball mill lifer, preheating system, cement rotary kiln and packing machine and so on. All the cement equipment in this line can be provided by our factory FTL Machinery.

The Portland cement(Silicate cement) production process is representative in cement production industry. The limestone and clay are usually taken as the main raw materials, first they will be crushed, batched, and ground into raw meal, then fed into the cement rotary kiln to calcine clinker, at last, it'll be ground into final cement by adding an appropriate amount of gypsum (sometimes mixed with mixed materials or admixtures).






Working principle of Cement Making Machine
Cement Making Machine is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
