The surface layer of the impact bed is made of UHMW-PE with low friction coefficient, and fixed on the steel bracket by high elastic rubber buffer body. Depending on the effective support the conveyor belt, it can absorb the impact of materials on the conveyor belt, reduce the belt wear, and extend the service life of the conveyor belt. Its structure design is reasonable, can be used together with guide chute seal plate, achieve good sealing effect, it is the ideal product of the blanking port buffer equipment.
Characteristic
The impact bed provides comprehensive support for the conveyor belt in the blanking area, excellent buffering effect.
The buffer bar can be replaced in single piece or single side, buffer bar can be quickly replaced by loosening the T-bolt.
Load the material under uniform force, good buffer, effectively prevent the material spatter and leakage.
The smooth UHMW-PE surface of the buffer bar minimizes the friction between the conveyor belt and the buffer bar. The front and rear ends of the buffer bar polyethylene surface are curved, thus ensuring the smooth passage of the conveyor belt.
The special rubber layer with excellent performance can effectively absorb the impact force when the material falls.
The bottom steel structure of the impact bed is easy to install and has a long service life.
