This product poly aluminum chloride (PAC) is a kind of inorganic substance, a new water purification material, inorganic polymer coagulant, referred to as poly aluminum.
Polyaluminum Chloride has the properties of adsorption, condensation and precipitation.
The fundamental difference between poly aluminum chloride and traditional inorganic coagulants is that the traditional inorganic coagulants are low-molecular crystalline salt, while the structure of poly aluminum chloride is composed of multi-carboxyl complex with changeable morphology, fast flocculation and precipitation rate, wide PH range, non-corrosive to pipeline equipment, and obvious water purification effect. It can effectively remove SS, COD, BOD and heavy metal ions such as arsenic and mercury in water.
Among them, industrial grade poly aluminum chloride is mainly poly aluminum with 26 content, which is mostly used for sewage treatment with more impurities and has the effect of assisting sedimentation and decoloration.

Because industrial grade poly aluminum chloride has good drying stability, wide water area, fast hydrolysis speed, strong adsorption capacity, large sputum flower formation, fast sedimentation, low effluent turbidity and good dehydration performance, so it is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment, urban water treatment and so on fields.
The usage scenarios are as follows,

1. Coagulation phase of poly aluminium chloride : It is the process of rapid coagulation of the liquid into the coagulation tank and the raw water to form a fine silk flower in a very short time. At this time, the water becomes more turbid. It requires the water flow to produce intense turbulence. The pac beaker experiment should be fast (250-300 r / min) stirring 10-30S, generally not more than 2min.
2. Flocculation stage of poly aluminium chloride: It is the process of growth and thickening of silk flowers. Appropriate degree of turbulence and sufficient residence time (10-15 min) are required. From the later stage, it can be observed that a large number of silk flowers accumulate slowly and form a clear surface layer. The pac beaker experiment was first stirred at 150 rpm for about 6 minutes and then stirred at 60 rpm for about 4 minutes until it was in suspension.
3. Settlement stage of poly aluminium chloride: It is the flocculation sedimentation process in the sedimentation tank, which requires slow water flow. In order to improve the efficiency, inclined tube (plate type) sedimentation tank (preferably float flocculation is used to separate the flocs) is used to increase the efficiency. It is blocked by the inclined pipe (board) and deposited on the bottom of the tank. The upper layer of water is clarified. The remaining small-sized and small-density alfalfa gradually descends while continuing to collide with each other. The pac beaker experiment should be stirred at 20-30 rpm for 5 minutes, then left for 10 minutes, and the remaining turbidity should be measured.
