In order to achieve the purpose of multipe injection of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer , washing soluction can be used in circulary .the sealer can seal bottle caps automatically . the line equipments with water spraying device caps of bottles discharging .it is a new kind of barreled water auto production line ,which integrates machanism , electricity and pneumatics technologies

Washing Part
Internal bottle washing station, consisting of detergent washing, fresh water washing and pure water washing, each controlled by a corresponding washing pump. Hot lye washing: equipped with an effective temperature controller to save energy. Clear water washing: cleaning residual lye, effectively avoiding caustic cross-infection.
Filling Part
After washing, the bottles are transferred to the filling station. Here the bottles are filled accurately by filling valves. The filling valves are very accurate and give equal filling to every bottle.
Capping Part
Cap sorter plate adopts centrifugal cover, with double slide row to arrange cap and sleeve cap. Slideway is adjustable, suitability is good. It adopts cylinder, performance is smooth, good sealing, ensure consistent quality of
