Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are both manufacturer and trading company for Home Storage & Organization.
Q2. Do you develop any new designs every year?
A: More than 100 new products are developed each year. We have our own design team and sourcing time for the new products.
Q3. What’s your term of payment?
A: We prefer to T/T, 30% deposit and balance 70% against copy of BL within 7 days.
Q4:Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We also can make the color and design as you need.
Q5:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample, We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional for bulk production.
Q6: Will you provide sample?
A: Yes, we will provide samples and welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.Sample needs 3-10 days；35 days for mass production after receiving deposit and artwork. Except during observed holidays.
