Working Principle
After the food is put into the kettle, the steam is injected directly to heat up the contents, and the steam and air are mixed with the mechanical device and circulated in the sterilization kettle.
Application
Load fresh palm fruit into a transport vehicle and push them into a cylindrical fermentation chamber. Close the door and spray direct steam for high-temperature short-term fermentation. Steam flows through the fruit clusters to heat up all the fruits and reduce the activity of bacteria and enzymes, avoiding an increase in free acids and improving the quality of the crude oil. Because once the outer skin of the fruit ruptures, bacteria and enzymes will soak into the oil, the duration of sterilization in the sterilization chamber is determined by the maturity and average size of the fruit. This process can be automatically achieved through a self-control system.
