R : If you received goods some is demaged,we can give you new replacement or we can give you some discount in the next order.If the goods within guarantee time.
Q.Can you accept sample order?
R : Yes,we can accept sample order,if one model you need qty is large,we can give you free sample,but need deduct from bulk order.
Q:How much should I pay for deposit?
R : If the value of the order is over 5,000 USD, we accept30% deposit before preparing order and70% balance before shipping. Otherwise, we only accept 100% payment in advance.
Q:When will you start preparing the order?
R : We will start preparing the goods as soon as we receive the bank slip of the payment.
Q:How long it takes to prepare the order?
