Stainless steel powder made of stainless steel alloy. The particle shape is regular spherical, the density is 7.9g/cm3, and the average particle size is < 33 μ m. Stainless steel powder has good corrosion resistance and durability. Its spherical particles can be positioned parallel to the surface of the film and distributed in the whole film to form a shielding layer with excellent covering power to block moisture. Stainless steel powder can also be used in the sand blasting machine to process some machined parts with high precision. Stainless steel powder is made of low carbon steel, i.e. stainless steel containing 18% ~ 20% chromium, 10% ~ 12% nickel and about 3% molybdenum. After atomization, Stainless steel powder is ball milled, screened and graded in the presence of lubricant (stearic acid) to make pigment. It can also be directly wet ball milled.
