3.  Product reliability test

3.1    Rocking Test

3.1.1 Test Conditions: When the USB data line is not working, test the stress between the USB data line and the cell phone controller.

3.1.2 Test method:200 grams of force (wire OD > 3 mm) was applied along +-/30 direction, 1000 cycles per direction/30 cycles per minute.

3.1.3 There should be without mechanical damage for the tested products. USB data cable should be able to communicate correctly and completely when power is on.

3.2   High and Low Temperature Test

  3.2.1 Test Conditions: When the USB data cable is not working, the USB data cable is placed in the relevant test equipment. The test method is carried out according to the requirements of the basic environmental test procedures for electronic products.

    3.2.2 After testing, there should be without  mechanical damage for the product. USB data cable should be able to communicate correctly and completely when working under normal environment.

3.3  Salt spray test

3.3.1 After 8 hours in the salt fog environment of + 35 C and 5% NaCI, the salt deposits on the surface are washed with flowing water and put in (55 C) for 0.5 hours.The environment temperature is restored for 2 hours. Then the appearance of the hardware surface is tested. There is no oxidation phenomenon on the hardware surface.The performance test shows that the USB data cable should be able to communicate correctly and completely when the power is on.

3.4  Plugging force test

  3.4.1 Insert the USB port into the corresponding connector. Before connecting, make sure that the components of the connector are OK

3.4.2 Insert the plug and USB port into the corresponding connector at the rate of 200 plugs per hour. When the connector is repeatedly unplugged up to 2000 times, the function and appearance of the product should be tested. There should be no mechanical damage to the product. When the power is on, the USB data cable should be able to communicate correctly and completely.

3.4.3 There should be no mechanical damage for the tested product. USB data cable should be able to communicate correctly and completely when working under normal environment.

3.5  Conduction impedance: The impedance at both ends is less than 0.2_when DC 300V voltage is applied.

3.6  Insulation Resistance: 500 VDC is added between the relevant parts, and the insulation resistance is not less than 10 M.

3.7  Electric Resistance Strength: After the input and output voltage of the data line are 500V and the time is 60S, the appearance communication function is normal.

4.  Appearance requirement

4.1 The product has uniform color, no bottom penetration, peeling, discoloration and inconsistent color of each component.

4.2 Insufficient injection, bubbles, subsidence, scratches, burrs, and whitening are not allowed in the plastic shell. No rust is allowed on the metal parts, and the surface coating is bright.

4.3 No flaking, distortion, discoloration, fading, bubbles, unclear font and other phenomena are found on the surface markings of the products. The markings should be clear and meet the relevant requirements.

5.  Transport and storage

The packaging for products should be designed according the demand specifications,in order to prevent severe vibration, shock and extrusion, sunshine, rain and corrosive air environment during transportation.

Product storage environment should be - 20 ~65 C, relative humidity not more than 75% of the clean, dry, ventilated indoor, avoid contact with corrosive substances, should be away from fire and heat sources.
