PET bottle washing line
As the development of plastic industry and the improvement of people’s environmental awareness, it is urgent needed to recycle the wasted plastic. Our PET recycling line is used to crush, separate and wash the waste plastic, which solves the problem of dealing waste plastic.


The PET recycling line has the following functions:
Label removing: removing more than 95% label
Sorting: sorting out the non-PET bottles and different colorful bottle and some label
Wet Grinding: grinding PET bottles into flakes with water process.
Flakes Washing: washing the crushed PET flakes
Separating: separating caps automatically
Hot washing: removing the oil and glue
