A4:After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay US if you do not have an account.If we send you free sample,express cost should be payed by yourself.

A5:Sure, please feel free to send us your artwork designs.We have designers who ever designed many items for Disney, Univer.We believe we can make wonderful samples for you.


Q6: What is the sample cost and how long can I expect to receive the sample?

Normally we ask for USD50-USD15O for one sample, and the sample time is around 3-5 working days after receiving your bank slip. Sample freight will be on your account.

A7:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producing capacity is 100,000pcs/month. Mostly the production time is 30-35 days.
