Working principle:
This machine adopts self-priming feeding, and the material is sucked into the crushing chamber by the wind power of the induced draft fan. The material is driven by the motor to crush the chips on the spindle (there are three crushing chambers in this machine: coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing, which improves the crushing breadth of the material and the uniformity of the finished product particle size). The crushed material is introduced into the wind power transportation by the induced draft fan, and is subjected to high-speed impact crushing in the process of being sucked into the wind power transportation, and the material enters the cyclone separator for separation through the transportation pipeline. The qualified material enters the exhaust pipe and is discharged from the discharge port, while the unqualified material returns to the crushing chamber from the return port to be crushed again until it meets the standard, and then enters the exhaust pipe and is discharged from the discharge port.
After pulverizering, final product can be controlled within 3 ~ 20mm.
