Working principle
The main engine of the ball press machine is powered by the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and is transmitted to the driving shaft through the rod pin coupling through the pulley and cylindrical gear reducer. The driving and passive shafts are operated synchronously by means of open gears, and hydraulic devices are installed behind the passive housings. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the pressed material is forced into the main feed port by rotating through the belt pulley and worm reducer. The constant torque of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the main engine, and the quality of the pressed pellets is stable.
