Transformer Detail
1.Three leg core:Made of grain oriendted low loss electrolami nations insulated on both sides.
2.Resilient spacers:To insulate core and windings from mechanical vibrations,resulting in low noise emissions.
3.HV winding:Consisting of vacuum potted single foil type aluminum or copper coils.
4.LV winding:Made of copper or aluminum strip.Turns firmly glued together by means of insulating sheet wrapper material.
5.Insulation:Mixture of epoxy resin and quatrz powder.Makes the transformer maintenance free,moistureproof,tropicalized,flame resistant and self extinguishing.
6.Clamping frame and truck:Rollers can be swung around for lengthways or sideways travel.
7.LV terminals:Normal arrangement:top,rear.Special version:Bottom,available on request at extra charge.
8.HV terminals:Variable arrangerments,for optimal station design.HV tapping links on low voltage side for adjust ment to system conditions,reconnectable in deenergized state.

Core Construction

Winding Process

Assembly
