Place of Origin
The entire Yuexi area of Anqing City, Anhui Province is produced, and the best production areas include three natural areas:
One is Yaohe, Toutuo, Huangwei, Zhubu, Shiguan and other towns with Yaohe Xianglu Chong as the core;
The second is the townships of Baojia, Gufang, Hetu, Qingtian, Laibang, etc. with Baojia Stone Buddha Temple as the core;
The third is the towns of Tiantou, Wuhe, Changpu, Zhongguan, etc. with Tiantou Minshan as the core.
Brewing method
It is best to choose a glass cup for tea utensils, with a tea to water ratio of 1:50 and a water temperature of 85-90 ℃. The tea can be refilled when it reaches 1/3 of the water level, and usually brewed three times.
Storage method
The shelf life of green tea is generally 12 months.
The environment for storing green tea is to avoid light, isolate moisture, prevent odors, and seal it. It is recommended to put green tea in an aluminum foil bag, squeeze out excess air inside the bag, and seal the bag mouth.
After sealing, put the tea bag into an iron or tin can, cover it with a lid, and finally store it upright in the refrigerator compartment. You can take out the amount 1-2 weeks in advance and do not take it out frequently.
If it can be consumed within a short period of 2 months, it can be stored at room temperature and in a cool place.
