Unwinding is controlled by magnetic powder brake and rewinding is controlled by magnetic power clutch.
Unwinding adopts auto tension controller.
Each printing unit adopts 360° adjustment, it can independently gear and loosen,so other printing units can continue to print.
This machine with one die-cutting station ,which makes printing and die-cutting can be finished in one process.
The ink rollers will be separated from the printing rollers,and keep running when the machine stops.
It equipped with 3'' air expanding shaft on unwinding/rewinding section.
All the rollers are deal with thermal treated.

7.If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
