Operating instructions
1. Soaking materials:
Remove iron, sand and other debris from the material; soak material in hot water until there is no hard core. (Note: soaking the material with high temperature water can cause high viscosity and poor slag effect).
2. Start:
Loosen the lock nut and adjust the handle to turn in the coarse direction until there is no block when the filter frame exposed by the slag opening is slightly pushed. The rotation is flexible and the engine can be started.
3. Adjust the gap:
Adjust the handle in a thin direction until you hear a light massage. Do not fit too well, too well to grind bean skin, block the filter mesh, appear in the slag with pulp, and significantly reduce production efficiency, increase energy consumption. If the gap is too large, the slag rate is too high, which also results in low productivity and waste materials.
