 1 . This is i first time buy from your company , how to arrange the shipping for me ? 
Regarding the shippment we ususally have DHL , FEDEX , UPS ,EMS , they are all safe and fast (aroud 5 working days), u just waitting for your goods at your home or your office is ok , no need to go to airport or seaport to pick up your goods , its easy ,convenient , high efficient !!!
2 . If i buy from your company , how long i can receive my goods ?? 
If you buy from us the samples , we keep the stock , then after payment confirmed u will get your goods around 7 days . if u buy bulk order from us , and usually the production time is around 15 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by air is around 10 days , by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 35 days .
3 . If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ?? 
After you paid we will arrange production or shipping soon , once we send out we will send you the tracking number , after you get the tracking number you can check at the official website or official website call , there will be staffs check the tracking number for you , once u get the tracking number you can check at website anytime , you will also know where its has arrived .
