JQX accept the payment by: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal and Cash.

3. How much for the payment fee?
By T/T it costs $10-$20 payment fee.
By Western Union it depend on your country which is about 2.5%-4%
By Paypal it will cost 5% payment fee.
By escrow it costs 15% payment fee.

1.What is the time to prepare goods?
Small order may be 3-5 days, big order may be 15-20 days.

JQX provides 12 months warranty for the phone charger, 6 months warranty for the data cables, and 3 months warranty for other mobile accessories.

1. How to deal with the damaged goods in transportation?
If the product problem is caused by us, such as the products get missing,the products were sent to wrong place, JQX would compensate for all.

3. How long will JQX take to deal with the returned goods?
