FS C type polymer gel crystalline waterproofing coatings

     Polymer cement waterproofing slurry independently developed and produced by our company, (JJ waterproofing slurry for short) is a two-component waterproofing slurry (JJ waterproofing slurry for short) compounded by a variety of polymer emulsions and nano-additives and other fine aggregates optimised combination of liquid and powder (exclusive formulation of the unique powder).The product has a rigid and flexible double waterproof function, both rigid waterproof strength, but also flexible waterproof features: superior folding resistance, waterproofing, super adhesion, high compressive strength, not peeling, no bulging, no cracking, so as to achieve a super adhesion, superior

1.  With super strong bonding force, no contraction, no hollow drum, no skinning, no shedding. 

2.  Superior waterproof, seepage effect. 

3.  after painting the waterproof layer to form a unique hemp surface waterproof layer, increase the bond between the
interface and tiles. 

4.  the base surface requirements are not high, easy and fast construction, saving materials, low cost, do not
have to do the protective layer.

      Suitable for high-rise, medium-high buildings such as external walls, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, windows around the roof,basement floor, roof, water surface, water surface, pools, dams, tiles and other waterproofing projects.

1.  Powder(A):Liquid(B)=1:0.4~0.5，according to the season, temperature and construction of the substrate and the method of mixing.

2.  the B material (liquid) into a clean container (plastic bucket), according to the product instructions in the required
proportion while stirring and slowly pouring into the A material (powder) fully stirred for 3-5 minutes, fully stirred and then left to stand for 5-10 minutes, and then stirred until it becomes a homogeneous slurry with no raw powder mass, and used up in about 2 hours of use time. Do not add emulsion or water to the condensed paste before use. 

3, the slurry uniform cross brush or scrape on the substrate (layer), pay attention to avoid the slurry in a place to accumulate too thick or leakage brush and the construction of the substrate after the emergence of air holes to fill the brush, according to the use of the requirements of the brush 1 ~ 2 times or more. See the manufacturer for detailed construction process.

Notes: 

1.  waterproof coating painted within 24 hours, need to take protective measures to prevent people walking to destroy the waterproof layer. 

2.   waterproof layer painted within seven days after the need to take protective measures shall not rain and sun exposure.

 3.  coating due to seasonal changes, including (humidity, liquid plus more, etc.), there will be coating colour difference, but does not affect the waterproof effect, is a normal phenomenon. 

4.  seven days after the completion of construction of waterproof layer, before the water storage test. 

5.  tools and equipment used immediately after cleaning with water.

1.  the substrate (layer) must be solid, no drums, skinning, clean surface, no dust, film remover, oil and other debris impurities.

2.  all the hollow drum base surface before construction with waterproof mortar or cement mortar blocking dense smoothing,compaction. 

3.  sharp edges of the outer corners should be smoothed, inside and outside the corner of the uniform cement mortar
into a 45-degree arc. 

4.  before applying waterproof layer, fully wet the construction substrate (layer) in advance, but the construction can not have open water.

1.  Liquid is packed in plastic drums: 5kg, 10kg, 25kg (±0.25kg), 

2. product storage: stored in a cool place, avoid sun exposure.
