HV5 Series Thermal Actuators are direct journey actuator which widely applied to manifold for floor heating system, fan coil motorized valve.

 

 

Product summary:

1.Electric thermal actuator is constituted of heat tablet, paraffin wax propeller and other mechanical configuration.

2.When the heat tablet of actuator power on and heated, the paraffin wax expanded and drive the corresponding valve plug up going, For this valve with valve flap up going open, At the time, the valve is on.

3.When the heat tablet of actuator power off and cool down, the paraffin wax reduced and the main spring will be down going and push the corresponding valve plug down going. For this valve with valve flap up going open, at the time, the valve is off.

4.Observe the thermal actuator open status directly.

Notice:

1. If allocate non-okonoff ‘s valves, the screw thread and travel need be rechecked.

2. Electro thermal actuator can’t be tossed or forced torn open and installed but aim at the screw thread and tighten by hand.

3. Owing to the heat tablet has the electricity function and the current when electrified under state of cooling will be much stronger than after being heated, single port of thermostats can’t be connected with multi-actuators.
