1. Q: How does your company control the quality of your products?
A: We strictly inspect all production processes. Operations are strictly guarded before entering the next procedure. Prior to packing, our professional quality inspector checks every piece of the product. The QC supervisors inspect the work regularly. Our entire quality inspection staff takes specific training courses. We control the quality of our products is done according to the standards of the QA/QC Introduction (ISO9001:2000).
2. Q: Which payment term do you accept?
A: We accept T/T in advance, normally our payment term is 30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance 70% in T/T before delivery.
3. Q: What's your packing when shipping? A: Strength plywood box.
4. Q: What's the order minimum quantity (MOQ)?
A: For aluminum honeycomb core, it's 200 square meters. Please contact our sales team to check if there is stock to meet your less quantity demand.
5. Q: How about the production capacity of your factory? A: At present, it reaches to 12,000kgs per day for aluminum core.
6. Q: Which countries have we exported before?
