The main feature of the special-shaped firebrick is that the early strength is high, and the maximum compressive strength at room temperature can reach more than 30MPa in 3-7 days. Among them, the main factors for the reduction of temperature strength are: when the low-calcium high-aluminum cement of special-shaped refractory brick reaches a certain temperature (about 350℃) during the heating process of the heating furnace, the hydration begins to dehydrate and transform, which reduces the structure, compactness and strength of the cement stone of the hydration, and changes the volume of the castable. At this time, the strength of the castable body drops to the lowest point and then tends to be stable.
