Operation process
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.Start machine process: Connect the air tube--Open the Air switch--Loose the emergency stop switch--Press the system power switch--Press the water chiller power switch-- press the laser power switch--wait 20 seconds to start work.

2.Welding process: Clamp the welding protect clip to the work table--Set the parameters according to current work--Check whether the air flow suits for the welding requirement--Start from the welding head, to check whether the laser ray path protect work (Make the welding head towards the work panel out of touching, start laser to check. If none laser is normal. Touch the welding head with the testing panel , start laser to check, if with laser is normal). To start work after all right.

3.Close machine: Put well the welding head to the fixture, close the laser switch-- Close water chiller switch--Close the power switch--Press down the emergency stop switch--close the air switch-- take off the air tube.




Notice
1.Must wear Laser Goggle, mask, wear protect clothes, to protect the workers safety. Any hurt from wrong operation without business with our company.
2.Mustn’t use together with argon arc welder,electric welder, Co2 Protect Welder, to avoid current circle affect the electrical parts.
3.Mustn’t toward the welder head to any body part. Can’t put the welder head onto ground, pay attention to dust proof all the time.
4.Please notice the fiber cable don’t bend circle diameter less than 20cm, to avoid damage the fiber.
5.If any unexpected case, press the emergency switch and contact us.
6.Must close all the power when change lens or check welding head.
7.The water temperature setting not differ more than 10 degree with the room temperature. It’s suggested to set during 26℃- 30℃in summer, and 20℃-22℃ in winter. The large temperature difference may cause dew to the laser source. And must take method to avoid freezing when temperature lower than 4℃

FAQ and troubleshooting

1. The state of the laser head is not displayed: X.Y motor cable is loose, or 15V power input is interrupted, or the motor is damaged.
2. No on state display or intermittent light output during welding: it may be that the communication signal is not connected or the wire is loose and not plugged tightly, and the crocodile clamp does not form a loop with the X5 signal.Intermittent light may be due to the shaking of the nozzle during the welding process, or the plate rusted, not connected with the clamp.
3. The status of the welding torch is not displayed: it may be that the switch button of the welding torch tip is loose, the terminals are loose or the interface is unwelded.
4. Uncontrollable gas: the gas button on the touch screen is not closed, or the gas delay is set too high, or the positive and negative terminals of the air valve are connected in reverse.
5. The parameters of the handheld head LCD screen and the setting parameters of the touch screen are out of sync: the power supply input of the system 24V and the power supply input of the galvanometer 15V cannot be powered on at the same time, resulting in out-of-sync parameters and unable to update data.
6. Easy to burn the protective lens: the gas is not pure or no air pressure, the working environment is bad, the focus is off, the water cooling system is damaged, and other factors.During welding, the start and end delay of gas is set at about 150ms, and the focus position should be slightly off the positive focus, welding at about 2MM of negative defocus.
7. Overheat of welding torch head: the protective lens burns or the water circulation of chiller fails to pass or is caused by water fault.
