1. Refining pot
Stirring speed 0~100r/min, arbitrary speed adjustment; temperature range <200 degrees Celsius; material is Q235B or 304 stainless steel; oil refining working temperature 30~90 degrees Celsius, stirring speed 30 or 60r/min. Used for dephosphorization, deacidification and water washing of oil products. The heating medium is electric heating tube or heat transfer oil or steam, and the working pressure is normal pressure.
2. Decolorization pot
Stirring speed 60r/min, temperature range <200 degrees Celsius; material is Q235B or 304 stainless steel; oil decolorization working temperature 105-110 degrees Celsius, stirring speed 60r/min. Used for dehydration and decolorization of dephosphorized and deacidified oil products, the heating medium is electric heating tube or heat transfer oil or steam, and the working environment is negative pressure vacuum
3. Deodorization pot
Temperature range <300 degrees Celsius, material is 304 stainless steel, oil deodorization temperature is 240~270 degrees Celsius, used for deodorization of decolorized oil, heating medium is electric heating tube or heat transfer oil or steam, working environment is negative pressure vacuum.
