Fiber Laser Marking Machine with Cyclops Camera System
for Intelligent Mark Positioning
What is Cyclops Camera laser marking machine
First, make a template for the product and save it as a standard template.
Then the ultra-high-definition scanning camera takes pictures of the product during processing and shows the image on operation screen.
By computer comparison and positioning, the product can be processed accurately after adjustment.
Features of Cyclops Camera System
The Cyclops camera is placed on the marking head and looks at the whole area of the marking table below the head. The image from the camera can be displayed on controlling software in the computer.
Cyclops system has the same view area as the the marking area and camera view area.
The Cyclops camera can be calibrated with the same coordinate system of scan head and camera.
Scope of application
Marking on parts of various materials, such as electronic communication products, instruments, precision parts, hardware tools, daily necessities, food packaging, etc.
The marking content can be the product model, production date, serial number, trademark pattern, barcode and QR code, etc.
