4. What's your MOQ?
The MOQ depends on your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For normal products if we have available material, it is ok for us to proceed as sample orders. If you cannot reach our minimum quantity, please contact with our sales to send some stock samples and offer you the price to order directly.
5. Can I get any samples?
Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once it finished. If you want to see the actual sample, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours. And the sample cost will be full refund when place order.
6. How soon can I get a sample? How can I make payment?
For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days to send out samples. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo. Payment can be made through T/T.
7. Shipping Method and Shipping Time?
a. Express courier like DHL, Fedex, UPS, SF etc. Shipping time is about 5-12 days, depends on country and area.
b. By air: about 7-12 days, delivery from shanghai
c. By sea: about 20-35 days, from shanghai port
d. Agent appointed by customer.
8. What's the payment?
